Our online courses - The Practice and The Primer - cover two facets of Weightlessness Training - Perspective and Capacity. Most systems of coaching focus on perspective, while most systems of training focus on capacity, but both are critical to shift from one moment to the next, and access weightless moments in life.
Capacity is the cultivation of internal structures - strength and conditioning of muscles and connective tissue, alignment, awareness, and concentration - that build resilience to stress and presence to life.
Perspective is required to discard unnecessary burdens, align body and mind, and actively choose how you want to show up in the now.
